California Delgation to China - November 2005
Patrick D. Mulcahy (center) recently accompanied Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and a delegation of California business leaders on a six-day trade mission to China to promote trade along the Pacific Rim.
Mr. Mulcahy was nominated as a delegate to the "Environmental Roundtable" as part of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's 2005 Trade Mission to China. Mr. Mulcahy was involved in the signing of an important Memorandum of Understanding between the California Environmental Protection Agency and the Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau designed to stimulate California exports to China.
