On July 19, 2001 Team China/California's, Team China II Division was granted the International Energy Fund (IEF) Award.
The IEF has developed a variety of activities to promote international exports of California products and services through its Energy Technology Export Program. Under its authority the "Export Program" acts as a liaison for California energy firms and foreign governments to establish energy projects abroad. The programs activities include overseas trade missions, reverse trade missions, technical exchange programs, direct business assistance and information transfer. The program also assists nations in formulating policies and laws which encourage private power development and improve the competitiveness of California firms.
The IEF assists California firms to conduct pre-construction activities and develop policy initiatives as related to a specific project that lead to energy projects and related facilities in foreign nations.
Team China/USA is pleased to have been granted this IEF Award and honored to have received the agencies recognition.

On behalf of the California Technology, Trade and Commerce Agency’s (CTTCA) Environmental Technology Export Program, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Patrick D. Mulcahy, President of Team China/USA, Inc. to you. Team China/USA is a project developer of energy, environmental and medical projects located in Tustin, California.
Team China/USA has established a very creditable business presence in China and we wish to reaffirm our support in assisting them to export their technologies and expertise to China. We would be happy to meet with Mr. Mulcahy’s colleagues from China to explain California’s leadership role in delivering public health and medical services, as well as, support Team China/USA’s business activities in exporting equipment and services to China. The CTTCA is the State of California agency responsible for overseeing all of the domestic and international trade and commerce activities for California. The CTTCA’s Office of Export Development assists California companies to enter international markets to develop beneficial projects and business.
